Local Pickup Information

We offer local pickup if you want to travel to or live near Raymond, New Hampshire.

The pickup location is my home not a storefront. Please be respectful of this. When pulling in, especially during spring and summer, please be aware my small children may be playing in the driveway. 

How it Works: When your order is ready for pickup you will receive a message stating it is ready. The system will send an automated “ready for pickup” message to whichever email or phone number you input at checkout, so make sure it’s correct! Once you receive this email (or text) you can proceed to pick up your order. It will be on the porch of the *Raymond NH Address* listed in the message. Your order will be in a black box with a red lid. 

Please only take YOUR order with your name on it. If I have issues with people taking other people’s orders, I will have to stop allowing local pickup. Thank you. 

Most orders are ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. Note that this does not include weekends or holidays. If it has been 5 business days and you have NOT received a pickup notification- please first check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the notification, please reach out to us via info@midnightsoapworks.com. 

Keep an eye on your email or texts! If your items are left un-claimed for 7+ days since the pickup notification was sent, it will be cancelled and refunded less a 30% restocking fee for my time & packaging materials. 

If you believe you may have trouble picking up your order, we can instead ship it to you! No problem. Just send us an email and we can send you an invoice for the shipping fee.
